We at Greenlightdepot.com sell high quality LED and solar products at the lowest prices on the market and ensure 100% customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your order, please email or call us within 30 days of the order delivery date and let us know. We will send you an RMA number, and you can send the product back to us. No return will be accepted without an RMA number. We can either replace the item with one of your choice or issue a refund (see below).
Greenlightdepot.com only accepts returns on products within 30 days, and a return damage claim must be filed within 7 days of the delivery date. If the return is due to Greenlightdepot.com error (wrong product send/dead on arrival <DOA>/piece missing), we will send you a prepaid shipping label and you simply need to drop the package off. Please inspect all items prior to use. If you decide to send an item back, please be sure to package it the same way it arrived to ensure it does not break on the way back to us. We recommend all return shipments purchase insurance covering the full amount of the order. If you choose not to purchase insurance and your shipment is damaged, Greenlightdepot.com can offer you a refund. Once the item has been inspected and approved for restocking, a full refund for the purchase price will be issued.
All returns due to buyer preference change will have the option of store credit for the full amount of purchase of product or refund for the full amount of purchase of product. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees incurred in warranty claims.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-7 business days), processing the return once we receive it in the warehouse (3-5 business days), and the time for the bank to process the refund request (3-5 business days). What to do if your product is damaged upon arrival: We at Greenlightdepot.com go through enormous efforts to properly package and ship all orders to prevent breaking. In the unlikely event that your package arrived damaged, please make sure you take the following steps to ensure getting a replacement is quick and easy: Step 1. Call/Email Greenlightdepot.com within 72 hours of product delivery. Step 2. Take a photo of all packaging AND materials AND damaged items. Step 3. We will send you an RMA number and return shipping label. Step 4. Repackage the item in the box it arrived in and send it back to:

In the event of a warranty claim, the customer will need to send the product back to Greenlightdepot.com. Greenlightdepot.com cannot fulfill the warranty claim until Greenlightdepot.com has received the product back. If the product is not available or is discontinued, Greenlightdepot.com will offer the next best alternative Greenlightdepot.com’s discretion. All return shipping for warranty claims will be handled by the customer. Greenlightdepot.com will ship the replacement back to the customer free of charge.
*Greenlightdepot.com is not liable for any installation mishaps and does not reimburse for any installation costs. Greenlightdepot.com will cover the cost of product if the product is defective within warranty time period, but no other costs will be covered. Please be sure you are using an electrician for any installation to ensure the product has been safely installed. *
