These LED high bay fixtures are easy to use and install. The lights come with a motion sensor which can be found in the packaging. The motion sensor detection area is 100% spread with a hold time 5s and stand-by dimming level of 10%. They produce over 145 lumens per watt. The light is 100W and is rated for outdoor use (IP65). They will also work with 100-277V and have a dimming capabilities if needed. The lights come with a 5-year warranty.
